ersonalised products

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned or refunded simply because you have changed your mind.
 

Please check all names, dates, wording, photographs and other personalisation carefully before placing your order or approving a design proof.
 

If you wish to cancel a personalised order, please contact us immediately. If production has not started, we may be able to cancel it, but this cannot be guaranteed.
 

Non-personalised products

You may cancel and return a non-personalised product by notifying us within 14 days of receiving it. You must then return the product within a further 14 days.
 

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Please package returns securely and obtain proof of postage.

Returned products may be inspected as you would inspect them in a shop. We may reduce the refund if unnecessary handling has reduced the product’s value.
 

Eligible refunds will include the cost of standard delivery. Any additional cost paid for express or upgraded delivery will not be refunded.
 

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever happens first.
 

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page at www.rybecostudio.co.uk.
 

Please provide your name, order number and details of the problem. Photographs are helpful where available.
 

We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate and will cover reasonable return postage costs where the product is faulty or we have made an error.
